New Plot commands

Slight update for those of you who own a plot in creative:

You can use the new /plot command to let players build, or make your plot private.

/plot trust [player] will let that person build on your plot.
/plot untrust [player] will, obviously, remove that player from your plot's build permissions.
/plot private will set your plot to private, which means only you and the people you've trusted can enter the plot. Type the command again to turn private mode off.
/plot list will list everyone you've added to your plot.

(Also, for anyone who didn't know, plots were reduced to £5 a while back and we didn't tell you. Whoops, now you know.)
