Role Play chat nicknames

After many, many requests, I've finally caved - I've added nicknames for the Role Play chat!

When in RP chat, just type /nick [nickname] to set it. You can use most characters including spaces, to a maximum length of 16 (and a minimum of 2). Nicknames are displayed in italics so you can tell the difference between real people and a nickname, and if you hover over the nickname you'll see the person's real username.
