New Rules Board

I have added a new board to the creative spawn that lists those builds that have little to no chance of being moved, due to various reasons such as 'We've already got a ton of those'.

These builds aren't banned however and you are still free to build them. This board just serves as a heads-up and to avoid people from getting disappointed afterwards. Like I said, you can still make these builds, but the chances of them being moved are very, very small.
