Please be aware that if you update you cannot rejoin the server until it's been updated as well, this may take some time as we'll have to wait for the plugins to update first.

The server has been updated, but the plugins haven't yet. As a result none of the plugins work and the server shall remain offline to protect the builds until the plugins have been updated.
